Developmental I
Requirements:
- 10 & U Swimmers
- Attend a Minimum of 2 practices per week
Expectations:
This group is tailored for younger swimmers ages 5-10 years old who are beginning to explore competitive swimming and
are focused on building a strong foundation in technique and fitness. There is a strong emphasis on mastering the
fundamentals of swimming, including stroke mechanics, starts, and turns to promote efficiency and confidence in the
water. 2 practices each week. Swimmers will be introduced to USA Swimming meets and encouraged to attend as many
local meets as possible.
Practice Times:
Monday 5:30-6:00pm
Thursday 6:00-6:30pm
Developmental II
Requirements:
- 10 & U Swimmers
- Attend a Minimum of 3 practices per week
Expectations:
This group is tailored primarily for swimmers ages 5-10 years old and is the next step after Developmental I. They now can
swim back & freestyle proficiently and are actively working on fly & breaststroke. There is a strong emphasis on mastering
the fundamentals of swimming, including stroke mechanics, starts, and turns to promote efficiency and confidence in the
water. 3 practices each week. Swimmers will be introduced to USA Swimming meets and encouraged to attend as many
local meets as possible.

Monday 6:00-7:00pm
Tuesday 5:15-6:00pm
Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
Junior
Requirements:
- Must have NE Swim 11-14 Silver Cut or be invited by the coach at their discretion..
- 14 & U Swimmers
- Attend a Minimum of 4 practices per week,
- At home dryland & stretching 3-4 days per week
Recommended Gear That Swimmers will need:
- Fins, Pull Buoys, Paddles, & Snorkel
Expectations:
This group is designed for dedicated swimmers ages 11-14 years old, who
are working on their competitive swimming skills and improving
overall performance. Training will concentrate on refining their
strokes, starts, underwaters, and turns to maximize endurance and
efficiency in the water. We will also incorporate dry-land training, the
power of your mindset in competition, understanding of swim sets,
stretching, and setting specific goals for your individualized plans.

Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm
Thursday 6:00-7:30pm
Friday 4:00-5:30pm
Senior
Requirements:
- 14 years or older
- Swimmers must meet the 15-18 Silver Cut or be invited by the coach at their discretion
- Minimum of 4 practices a week.
- At home dryland & stretching 3-4 days per week
